Lobster mininum size increased

Starting August 22, the minimun size for lobsters taken by Connecticuts' commerical lobstermen will increase by 32nd of an inch. Implementation of the v-notch system was supposed to have prevented this. The unfunded law, would have given lobstermen moeny for each female they notched. Read this for more info.
