Park Is Small, Views Big and River Wide - New York Times
It's not big, but it sure has a great view. No, it isn't a Manhattan apartment – it's New York City's newest park. The Riverdale Waterfront Promenade and Fishing Access Site is a narrow strip of parkland in the Bronx. The small park overlooks the Hudson River and is located right next to the Riverdale Metro-North station.
It has three fishing observation platforms, plus several walkways and benches. The new park provides the only legal access to the Hudson waterfront in the Bronx.
